Joey George, owner, is present often during the job and very responsive if you need to talk with him. He takes a lot of pride in his work and does extra to make sure it is a well-done job. He never says, "that was not in my scope of work". His workers leave the job site very clean at the end of each day. He has a great respectful working relationship with his crew and they show a lot of respect for Joey and his expectations. He is one of the best contractors I have encountered in Destin over the past 8 years. He uses the best materials and does not cut corners. His pricing is fair. I recommend Image Pro without any reservation.

They have replaced ceiling tiles and ceiling grids, painted, removed and replaced carpet, replaced HVAC supply registers as well as performed drywall removal, repair with texture and paint. They are honest and stay true to their word with regards to the price, work they will perform, when they will arrive and when they will complete the project. Always ontime. They can really do it all. I have not found anything they cannot do with excellence. In this day and age when finding a quality contractor with inegrity that does great work is so hard to find, they have been a breath of fresh air. Will definitely continue to work with them on future projects and highly recommend.

Bay to 30A, Chris Jennings, stood out as the best Bay County has to offer. His social media presence was strong, and I could tell he puts a lot of work into his listings. I was concerned that my condo which was located with so many similar condos would be tough to sell. Chris made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When I saw my listing I was blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a condo really paid off - my listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. My condo went under contract (cash offer) within a short period after I put it on the market. Chris walked me through every step of the process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.Chris is a true professional and I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Despite being an unnecessary and extra request, they were totally understanding and drafted a written arrangement that put me at ease. Once I identified the property, an offer was ready within hours. When I asked for modifications, the turnaround was same-day. They were also very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Alice provided timely and useful info on the uniqueness of this property, being a condo and typical investment property, whereas I was planning to treat it as a primary. They also had a local lender to recommend. Ultimately, the seller wanted more money than I was willing to pay, and I had some issues with financing, so I walked from the deal. The end result is that even though they didn't make a penny from me, they still gave me excellent service and attention. If I find another place I want in the Panama City or Destin area there is no chance I will consider anyone besides The Real Experts. Thanks for your help Alice and Sean!
