The variety is not a whole range yet. But the quality on the plate will entice you for more. The quality shines through, with its balance and the resultant flavor. If you wish to try the samosa or the desserts on offer, that would be a start. The dessert offerings are well-balanced in flavor and texture. I can't say that enough, because Hitesh the owner and his wife do care to retain the quality to its original ethnic recipe levels. That's a lot. Seriously. Truth is, they do care a lot. Every spice and ingredient of theirs is thoughtfully chosen from various parts of India. Yes, they have done their due diligence and it shows. Their Dahee-Balla (savory donuts in yoghurt) is a treat because it is fresh and prepared right. Or just try their gulab jamun (dessert doughnut balls) or the Bengali-style milk-based desserts (the Bengal dessert offering is a whole exciting range).
