The manager Tyrone is so rude, he made fun of how my previous hairdresser done my hair and pushed products and treatments on me. I also heard him talking rudely to the other staff there. My hair didn't turn out very nice and he was so rough with my hair. I feel sorry for his clients and coworkers.

She did not listen to what I wanted, hit me in the face with the comb SEVERAL times and left me with the worst haircut I have had in my adult life! Much shorter than I wanted and uneven all over my head. I am having to get it recut (at my expense) just to look normal. Good salon, but avoid Donna at all costs. She let's the place down.
