Lindsey is very professional and always gives great service. The area is in the back and very comfortable as well as private. Top products are used. Despite being always fully booked you are not overly disturbed by blow driers or big noises. It's the first time I felt calm and relaxed in a hairdresser. Even the chairs connected to the sinks recline and give you a nice massage! (I admit I might sometimes have closed my eyes for a brief second...) The staff is super friendly and have "the" skills. There's nothing they can't do. Personally I always feel safe but also special. Every time there's a discussion between what you want and what would be the real end-result. And I do appreciate that honesty.
