Went for a pedicure and the experience was fair to poor. The problem is that the service provider wasn't paying attention to detail at the end when applying the polish. The color on toes peeled and chipped one week after pedi...and also felt overcharged for a poor finish...my last pedicure with a provider here lasted for months...color on toes did not chip or peel until I took it off 4 months later! I will not book another pedicure with the provider I had. read more

I absolutely love going here I drive out of my way out of town 30 miles from my hometown to go here just to have a quality haircut and color. I don't mind paying higher prices to know that the products being used in my hair are not going to damage it. I always appreciate the opinion of my stylist and her honesty when I ask for things that might not be a possibility, rather than give a one star for asking for a magic wand to be waved to make things happen. I'm sorry, but this place charges way too much for their services without being able to deliver quality. I was part of a bridal party and my hair was upwards $85 with tip, for that amount of money I was expecting an updo that I loved. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and before she even started she was already making excuses of how it couldn't look like the picture. (Keep in mind I have very long, thick hair so it's not for lack of hair that she couldn't achieve it, I don't really know why she said that she couldn't) But anyway, it looked NOTHING like the picture and was just not pretty at all. There was nothing special about it. I mean I am not talented with updos at all and I feel like I could have done what she did. I didn't want to cause a scene on someone's wedding day so I went with it but I was extremely disappointed with the results!!! read more

I have NEVER had such a great experience getting an eyebrow wax. The more natural wax that is used made my skin so thankful. Normally I break out after a wax, been going here for 9 months, nothing yet. I love the service there and the atmosphere is cozy and casual. I am someone that is conscious of using cruelty free and more natural/organic products, and they have them. I always look forward to getting my hair done! read more

There is nothing special about this place. I didn't even want to give it one star! My daughter and I both got our hair done here. We walked in to inquire about prices. Don't think for one minute because you go to the most expensive stylist that you will get a good job. I think my daughters high lights look cheap. I also went it for a highlight hair color. $95.00 worth. I had my extensions that I wanted my hair to match to sitting right on the counter that the stylist could have used for a reference. My hair to extensions didn't match whatsoever! I look at my hair in the mirror and am very disappointed!! I will never ever go there again. read more
