I asked for 30/4 mix and I brought in human hair (27/30) for my boho bob. I also asked for small. My braids are NOT mixed well...I think she only had a little bit of the color 30 and tried to stretch it. Crystal used 2 and sometimes 3 pieces of hair for the boho at the front, but the back her mom did. The last 4 rows had NO boho hair and the upper back rows only had 1 strand. (I discovered this when I got home) When I got home & noticed how thin the hair was I sent her a text. She said for me to come back in which I was pleased with how fast she was willing to correct the problem. Her mom redid 4 rows in the back. I am home now & the contrast between braids AND boho hair is very stark, which I initially said I didn't want. The parting looks like a 10 year old was playing in a dolls head and besides the 1st two rows at the front, these braids are NOT small. I am looking at my hair & it's truly embarrassing. I have paid my $210 which included an undeserved $10 tip. Super nice people, comfortable environment, but the work is very sub par.

The search! After checking out two salons Angelic is my third inquiry . My first attempt was to call. The phone rang a few times before I received a Google voice message asking me to hold. I help on the line and no one answered. Perhaps they're really busy and there isn't a receptionist. Are receptionist out of style now? I don't know. Since I was close, I decided to take a drive and walk in. I wanted to ask some questions and get a feel for the environment. My directions told me to turn into a small sketchy looking plaza, that reminds me of a lot for public storage facilities . At any rate I proceeded to look for the suite. The windows were dark, but it didn't mean anything. There were cars in the parking lot. That prompt me to walk up to the door, only to discover it was locked and there weren't any signs of any humans inside . Then I looked at my watch, it wasn't lunch time. Well, I didn't think it would be. However, if someone is gone to lunch would they shut down the entire salon. Not one soul was there. After searching for a salon and getting such negative outcomes, I took this as a message that it isn't the right place for me. The signage on the door read business hours Tuesday - Saturday without times posted. Also walk- ins are welcome. How do businesses such as this survive conducted in this manner?
