We arrived to find that there were several people waiting ahead of us. Not a problem, we sat patiently and visited with others. My daughter was called and agreed to a shampoo. I didn't hover to watch, as it was a pretty simple trim of her ends, but perhaps that was my mistake. She asked if it looked even, and while wet, I couldn't really tell. We wrapped up and I tipped $5, but now feel ridiculous for doing so. Once home, she dried her hair and found that her cut was an inch longer on the left side! She also mentioned to me that she was sat in a chair full of blonde hair because the station had not been cleaned after the last cut. "She couldn't have brushed it out of the chair?!" I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but will not be going back. My mistake for not paying attention to the other poor reviews. Leaving 2 stars because she was polite.
