Stylist was over the top in sharing his political and religious views. He had a lot to tell my adult daughter about how to live her life. She was not impressed with him or the haircut. She did not feel like he listened to what she wanted and definitely did not deliver anything but his aggressive opinions on life. read more

My mom got the worst haircut of her life! Color and cut did not resemble the pictures she provided in the slightest. Very unhappy and embarrassed. She is very nice and didn't want to say anything bad but I can't stay quiet after her experience. When she walked in the door the whole family was in shock! She has a huge hole in the back of her head and just looked awful! We reached out to Lee to show him the pictures we took and he kind of apologized and offered to give half her money back. We were happy to let it drop. But then he called back again to let my mom know that he didn't see anything wrong with the picture or the haircut he gave. He said he did exactly what she asked for and that is how you cut an A-line which is what she wanted. My mom had to pay another hair lady to fix the hair, and all the hair dressers in the salon were in shock and taking pictures of how bad this cut was. We weren't going to post anything but since he wants to justify his haircut and can't take responsibility for messing up then we wanted to write a review. Please use caution when using Lee. I moved here in 2020 and had not been able to find a hair design artist to take care of my haircuts. I've tried a lot of hairdressers brave enough to take scissors to a head here in Nampa, but if you want precision and design and a work of art, time to try Lee. I finally found what I was looking for. He truly knows hair....I mean he gets to know YOUR hair while you are there....so you get a personalized touch just for your hair. Not to mention, he will give you what you ask for. He listens and has wonderful recommendations. He cut my husband's hair as well, and the result was a precision haircut on a head of hair that grows many different ways and is hard to cut so it lays right. We are both very happy with Lee and will have no one else. read more

I'm very very picky with my hair! I had 2 years of not cutting my hair for the same reason! And had trouble with trusting people to cut it! I recently moved here and I was in a need of a new look and hair cut my sister in law recommended this place I said ok let's try it out you cut it first so I can see how he works! And then when it was my turn and I saw the finished results OMG! I Love my hair even more! He did and AMAZING!!! Job!! Lee is G R E A T! I randomly choose this salon while down town Nampa. I made my appointment on line - super easy! When I went to my appointment the salon had moved so when I called Lee to confirm we were still on he provided directions to his place. When I got there Lee asked me what I liked about my hair and what I wanted. HE ACTUALLY LISTENED!! I left feeling loved and not just another cut. I felt beautiful and I fell back in love with my hair. I made another appointment recently. Time for a Trim. This time I wanted a color. I showed Lee the photo I admired online. He said he could do that and HE DID. I love it. I get compliments everywhere I go. The trim was equally fabulous again. I highly recommend LEE at Salon Che'. He is friendly and knows his cuts and his colors. While I was there he was perming another client and he knows his perms too! read more

I went to Che Salon for the first time because a friend has giving me a gift certificate. The stylist was good, she did a good job and was professional. The salon was very dirty and and dusty. A while after we were there, the owner entered the Salon, he seemed in a bad mood, was not friendly at all. He started working on a lady and a few minutes later started asking our stylist if she knew where some lotions were that he had put somewhere so somebody must have stole them. I was shocked!. He also told the stylist to watch her clients in a very rudely tone, all this in front of everybody. Even though I liked our stylist I will never go back or recommend this salon to anybody. This owner needs to change his customer service or I don't think he will make it too long in the business, especially when he accuse clients of stealing. That is just awful. read more
