Not just one or two bottles, but by the dozen. During my first visit, I was greeted with a pleasant voice from the cashier or sale representative. The same cashier or sales representative greeted me with the same pleasant voice as last time, during my second trip. The store always appears well kept and organized. One of my insignificant favorites about this store is that their hand-held shopping baskets converts into a push cart. Yes, I discovered that creation on my second visit when I placed my shopping basket on the counter and it started rolling away from me. LOL! No wonder there was a long, foldable handle attached to it.

People say that have bad experiences here and im not here to invalidate no one but it's been 100% authenticity, quality, care and vibes every time I've been. And I mean every single time. If everyone was understanding of this the world would be a much smoother, beautiful place!

Emily was so patient and kind--she walked me through everything, helped me find the perfect shades, and even applied different skin tint options on my face so I could really see what worked for me. I ended up purchasing the Kylie Cosmetics skin tint and concealer and feel so much more confident now. I returned during the grand opening and was able to find product for my curly hair that actually met my expectations. Today, I was telling my friend how I had my hair rodded, was waiting for the curl to drop and 2 weeks later it wasn't lose. That changed when I got caught in a storm during JazzFest with only a bucket hat to keep dry. My hair was definitely soaked but I didn't feel like washing it and just pinned it back and slept in it. Didn't do a thing to it for the next two days and when I went out in day 3 the curls were loosened but it felt like they may be dreading! My girlfriend recommended I mix conditioner and water, spray it in my hair, let it sit a bit and then try combing it through. She recommended a continuous sprayer to get it evenly distributed, of course I didn't have one. So of course I went to Eloure. Honestly, since they're a small beauty supplier I wasn't sure they'd have it. As soon as I walked in they had them right in front and several. While there the staff was assisting a couple with the purchase of wigs. They were so excited to find exactly what they wanted and finding out they were as expensive as expected. Reasonable pricing is also a plus! Every time I've gone to Eloure the staff has been knowledgeable and professional. I love supporting small businesses and I continue to support good ones like Eloure!

Got to spend time here 2 out of the last 3 days. I'm a man of more patience now than I used to be…read morebut I can say that I've always been impressed with the huge amount of products that are available to its customers here at Bath & Body Works. Actually, I've visited their shops in other states, including California and Connecticut, and this type of availability has been a trademark of this chain. I can say they take great care to ensure items are in order here. Customers have every chance to sample the lotions, sprays, perfumes, colognes, etc. My Dearest took advantage of the deals Bath & Body Works has been offering on a Holiday weekend, and I can say that they were really lighter on the bank roll. A good thing! Which leads to my next point. Those who shop here should really take note of the deals that Bath & Body Works offers. It's frequent that they'll offer a buy 2 and get one free, or a buy 3 and get 3 free. Deals are there for the making and that's been another trademark of Bath & Bodyworks that I've observed for over 15 years. Something that HASN'T been a trademark through the years is the availability of scents, colognes, sprays, etc. for men. I stumbled in the men's area a few days ago and was surprised that there was a decent-sized amount that I had not seen in these stores in the past. It was explained to me that over the last few years their offerings for men has slow to steadily grown. That's a big plus for them and I did see a few men checking out the men's area during my visit. However, there is some room to grow as it takes up a little less than a quarter of the shop space. This is a spacious store with two different sections. It's a little like walking in a maze with the large number of displays at this shop. It's just all part of the experience! :) I will say that the employees are terrific here. On our first day, the sales lady gave a good amount of time assist us and on our second visit, as we had to come back due to problem with the spray mechanism on one of the perfumes, Jan gave amazing support to us and fixed our problems, along with adjusting our order so we could purchase the better deal. It was a great customer service experience! I don't use cologne, but I would have no problem shopping here for it if I did. Bath & Body Works takes good care of my Dearest's needs and that's good enough for me. I do give a solid recommendation to this store! Recommend: HIGH

Poor management with Online orders…read more I will never shop at B&BW because the workers pick and choose which orders they want to fulfill. (Mobile orders are completed before any walk-ins in a timely manner) Legit placed an online order at 8:30 am and after 4 hours I called the store. I am told by a worker that 11 orders are ahead of mine and I will receive my order later that day.... 8 pm I received an email saying the order was completed. When I arrived at the store, workers seemed confused/incompetent and could not pull my order up on their systems. Until someone that appeared as manager found a way to find a list of incomplete online orders of the day after minutes of the other workers struggling to "find" my order. Afterwards, 10+ hours later, I am told my fav. Items from my order weren't able to be fulfilled bc they were now out of stock... what a waste of time! I then asked for a refund for the order and issued a formal complaint due to such an inconvenience and miscommunication. The appeared to be "manager" stated she issued the refund; however, this was just a lie. The next morning, I get another "ready for pick up" email of the same order I was told was canceled/refunded. I then called the store, and an incompetent worker then told me to "wait 3-5 business days" bc the order automatically cancels due to no pickup and they can not issue a refund bc the system won't allow it...really? Is this how your other customers are treated? No respect, apologies, nor honest business practices. Ignorance is one gross and shameful thing to harm a business! Such experience came off as a form of discrimination. I will never shop w/ B&BW again & deleted the app since my money isn't valued. No one wants cheap fragrances from a bankrupted company anyway ‍
