While I am sympathetic to things going on in her personal life, it shouldn't have impacted her work the way it did. We had multiple conversations about the services I wanted, with photos and estimates. However, I was pretty shocked when the appointment took over three hours. Time is not the issue though. Margaret was completely unprepared. She didn't have the correct toner or even a place to wash me out. She actually suggested using a DIRTY MOP BUCKET or hosing me down in the alley. I had to walk down the street - in foils and a cape - to a new salon. My hair is not what I wanted and she refuses to refund me after saying she would. Margaret also charged me for the product she offered for the inconvenience. Now she's been ignoring my texts and calls for the last couple weeks. Cannot imagine someone less professional than this. Wish I could give zero stars. Steer clear of Margaret if you care about professionalism, manners, your time or hair.
