This is an update to an earlier review for which I gave 5 stars. I would reduce to 3 overall…read moreexperience. Shortly after my previous review I call to make an appointment stating I just needed some tweaking to the haircut (I have difficult hair and you never know how it's going to respond). This was within a couple days of the original haircut. Due to scheduling I was unable to get in for 2 weeks. This put about 3 weeks between haircuts. Now I'm sure there are people that get haircuts every 3 weeks, but I'm certainly not one of them. I made it clear that the haircut needed work. I guess because I didn't get in for 3 weeks I got charged for a full new haircut. That was frustrating. The irony came when at the end as I was leaving she told me if I had any issues in the next few days give a call and they'd get me in to take care of it.... Really? I thought that's what I was doing. Not for yet another 50+ dollars, thanks I'll wait. Overall. Stylists do a good job. But not really the best 'customer service'

The barber got him back rather quickly, I showed him an example of what he wanted and he started cutting, not long after the music became very foul. M'Fing, G*d damn, b*tch, hoes (that was just in one song). We were exposed to just about all before the haircut was finished. The haircut was not exactly what I showed him but I'm not that picky, as long as it looks nice. I thought it looked good until I got home and saw that there were long hairs left from not clipping around his ears. It was not a cheap haircut and I shouldn't have to fix it when I get home. We will not be back. And I will not recommend them to anyone.
