Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Baldwin has now done extensive work on my teeth, including a very challenging extraction and crowns and a bridge for seven teeth. This used to be my dentist for years, but never had any real issues with cavities or major work…read more When had a cracked tooth earlier this year was in extreme pain they got me to agree to a procedure that they told me was covered by my insurance and provided no alternative course of action so i agreed. Afterward when leaving they tried to stick me with a bill of well over 1k. So they lied about my insurance covering it, provided no good faith estimate if they wouldnt be covering it, and no alternative course of action for a costly procedure. Nomatter the excuse they might have of being rushed during emergency dental work or whatever excuse they may have, to me it seems like they are far too willing to take advantage of someone in a delicate position to cash in. If they would have not lied or double checked insurance, given a good faith estimate, or pretended that the most expensive option wasnt the only option i would likely still be a customer. Have lost all respect for this dental office and will not be returning, and disputing the remaining half of the outrageous bill. Beware, before allowing these folks to do anything! Just because they say it doesnt make it true and you might want to get a 2nd opinion. After reading some other reviews im upset to have even trusted these people to perform on me at all.
