The way she made the Doctor who will be doing the procedure sound, made me hopeful I was going to be in good hands.... The day of the appointment I found the Doctor not very friendly. She didn't even know anything about me or anything that was discussed during the consultation. So I had to repeat myself over again. The consultation was $75. For what exactly? There is no point since the information is not even passed on! The woman who was the Doctors assistant seemed a bit out of it, unknowledgeable &, definitely not all there mentally. Just because this isn't an anesthetic surgery does not mean you can slack off & not take the patient seriously. When I was escorted to the desk after completion I was not given much information regarding care of my now swollen lips... just didn't feel all that comfortable or all that welcomed to this "spa". Just like the medical industry... I'm just a # i don't think Ill be recommending this spa for serious cosmetic surgeries. The majority of the time store associates are there to sell you a product and don't have much information other than what's on the label. The person that helped me here was named, Lydia. She was not only very courteous and friendly, but she was also very knowledgeable. She gave me the science and understanding on many of the products that I had questions about... When I was checking out I told her what a great experience I had. She then proceeded to tell me that she was the store manager. I didn't see the one I was looking for so I sprayed other perfume. An employee came up and asked if I needed help. I told her no. After that she just stood next to me and watched me. It wasn't close by the perfume where I could see it. So I asked someone else. I'm not sure if the employee in the perfume section was told to stay in that section to watch customers but you all need to figure something else out so customers do not feel this way. Then there was the other employee that rung me up. She seemed irritated after I declined signing up for a credit card. She just gave me my total she didn't mention that I had any points. So I informed her that I had points and a coupon. She kept giving me the total before I could get the barcode for her to scan. I will not return.

I ended up only being able to get 2 out of the 4 things I wanted due to my physical limitations and trying to be respectful of the store closing time. It would've been nice if the worker who told me I'd have to return for my pickup order offered me any sort of assistance. Really disappointed in the workers and their lack of consideration. NOT a disability friendly store.
