The employee "working" there treated me as an inconvenience, telling me, "I am working for someone during their lunch and don't know how to do anything here." She had a pained look on her face the entire time, and just wanted me to leave so she could go back to doing nothing. And, I mean nothing, I was the ONLY customer in the store and still, couldn't get waited on. This is a store that is absent any leadership capacity, so much so that it reflects in the attitude of employees toward customers, leaving them sorry they ever came into the store. If you don't want to be treated as a customer AS AN INCONVENIENCE take your business to Ulta, Sally Beauty, or literally any other store.

The wig selection here was the surprise. While there were the usual, Big Sky also had a few samples in atypical colors. They can not only fit a wig for you, they will style and color it as well.
