I said sure, and she went and grabbed the tester and the wrong brush to apply the blush. She then packed the blush on the brush and applied it to my face in the wrong spot. I looked like a clown!! I was already wearing a full face of makeup so I had to try to tone down the blush myself with a napkin. I declined the blush and moved on to the eyebrow pomade by Anastasia Beverly Hills and asked her which shade would look best on me. She said she actually recommends the brow pomade by Benefit Cosmetics because it was cheaper and waterproof. She showed them to me and asked if I'd like a little on my eyebrow to see if I liked the shade. I said sure. Why not give her another shot, ya know? She dipped into the pot with the brush and started doing my whole eyebrow. She finished and 1. Not the right shade. It was way too warm and dark 2. My eyebrows looked like they came out from the year of 2012! They were blocky and super super unnatural. I politely declined and asked if I could remove it and she gave me the remover and cotton balls. I then just decided to shop on my own. I love Ulta, put please please please have your employees trained or at least have some training during the job. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with your employees testing something on my skin :(

These appointments are made more than a month in advance and this store makes no accommodations or compensation to customers at all. On Monday night at 10:30 I bit into a refrigerated snickers bar ( not recommended ) and found myself chewing on a dislodged veneer front tooth. I was in a total panic as I have a wedding to attend next weekend and know it takes time to have a new veneer built and matched. The veneer was from many years ago and a different dentist and lab for color match. I called the office at 7:30 the next morning. The receptionist responded with empathy and worked me into an already busy schedule. Dr. Crow not only reattached the veneer but created a composite to fill in the chip. No one can tell which tooth was repaired! The entire staff worked as a team, treated one another and me with respect and shared in my relief with the outcome.
