Had an AMAZING experience with Greenway Outfitters! One of…read morethe best customer service experiences I've ever had! E- Bikes were excellent and made our first mountain biking experience truly epic--they ran so smooth, held battery life all day, and the tires were great going over the various terrain on the mountain--never did we feel unstable. Easy to ride, and were so beneficial for those uphill sections!! Trevor set us up with 2 e-bikes to take mountain biking in the Northwoods trail system. He made sure all parts were working well and in good shape before giving them to us. Helmets were included with the rental price. He gave clear instructions on how to use them (our first time using e-bikes). He even watched us practice in the bike park across the street and gave tips/recommendations for the trails. (The location of the bike shop right across the street from the park is excellent). We made it to Hot Springs after store hours and Trevor still came back to his shop to set us up. Same for returning the bikes.

We wish we had done the tour on the 1st day of our vacation as the guide had many suggestions for our time in Hot Springs. We did the bike/water tasting tour & highly recommend it to others. We had to go through everything again and give my credit card once again. I asked for the address and he wouldn't give it to me and said it was wrong... I should have realized that as a first red flag. Then 15 min before our charter I get a call saying his "steering was out" and our charter was canceled. This whole thing is very unprofessional and a let down. Would do 0/5 stars if I could. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Will also be constantly checking my credit card statement.

We got a Tritoon style with 175 HP outboard, and it was adequate power and speed to pull water skiers, Nothing but positive things to say about these folks.
