The Salina Journal should shut its doors. Salina needs a paper that will give you the latest news not 2 to 3 day old news. That is if you get your paper to begin with. They have lots of excuses and no management. Even the editor got out and now their is no leadership. If you walk into their office like walking into a cave 3/4 of the lights are shut off, no reception person, and at times your lucky to see anyone. This past Thanksgiving they pulled a scam charging $6.50 for the paper on two occasions then not delivering the paper to subscribers until the following week. The Attorney Generals office needs to investigate. For 15 years we were on a motor route where our paper was delivered to us with very few problems. Then delivery ceased we were told the route driver quit or was fired and they could not find a replacement which is a lie. They put us on mail delivery which is a joke. Oh do not try to call as no one ever answers and the phone system is the worst as it recycles you around. Try to call individual people in departments forget that you can email or call they are never available or return calls or emails. Oh our mail arrived just now its Monday 12/9/19 and we have gotten papers from 12/4, 12/5, 12/6 and 12/7. But still no Sunday 12/8 or Monday 12/9 paper. Our contract with them was to receive a paper everyday which has been breached. They feel they have us over a barrel but my suggestion is to contact those that advertise with them and let them no just what is going on and that they are not getting their advertisement monies worth as nobody is getting the paper or is cancelling subscriptions read more
