Her enthusiasm about how beautiful my floor could look was contagious. She suggested just polyurethane without stain for the best look, and she was right. She made sure the work crew did the job correctly, visiting the house on the day of the job. I'm sure she does these jobs all the time, but for me, it was a big event, so I appreciated that my satisfaction was clearly important to her.
