Be ready when the waitress comes because this spot can be quite busy and they have a lot of ground to cover. Semi-pro tip: Whatever the question asked, the correct answer is "Si!" (this worked for me!) The salami and cheese appetizer was wonderful, with at least four kinds of sliced, flavorful preserved meat and wonderful cheeses including handmade, fresh mozzarella. In fact, when you add on the huge, free basket of focaccia and other types of bread, the appetizer alone is enough for four people. As for pizza, the dish here is not the thin and crispy style available elsewhere in Milan. Instead, it is a huge pillowy slice with whatever toppings you select. The small slice is massive and cannot easily be consumed unless you are very hungry. Alternatively, you can take as much time as you need since, in common Italian fashion, there is no rush. Savor and enjoy. Finally, for the ultimate in taste and texture, try the gnocchi with four cheeses. It's creamy, cheesy goodness with a slight pungent bite of Gorgonzola mixed in. This definitely blows away every Mac and Cheese on the entire planet. Bam. Done! Winner!!!

It is…read morevery chaotic if you come on a weekday morning because there are several offices in the area, with the staff getting their morning espressos and drinks before work. If you are a regular and have it figured out, it seems to work. However, with a language barrier and being the first time here, we needed some time before we could figure out the system. There was no clear menu at the cashier, no staff to ask or a flow to follow. Everyone just seems to mill around and try to catch the attention of the servers behind the bar. If it takes a minute for you to order at the cashier, you get the distinct feeling that you are in the way and holding up the world behind you. Once we finally ordered blindly, the got our items it was a lot more relaxed. There are plenty of small and large tables, providing more than enough seats since everyone was drinking at the counter and leaving. Be forewarned that tea is ALOT more expensive than any coffee based drink. Like multiple times more expensive. Food was okay, it was enough to start the day but nothing spectacular. For the price of the items, I would much rather go somewhere less chaotic.

People have told me many things about God Save The Food…read more They were all mixed reviews. Some liked it, some said it was overrated. Well I just had to try it for myself. Love the entrance because it's automatic. WHOO HOO! The interior is super cute, reminds me of a cafe in New York City. LOVEEEE! It was a little bright thought but then again, I was half awake and in need of coffee. I was a little disappointed in the size of the americano. I thought I would get a HUGE cup of Joe like I would at Tizzy's. I had to order two but that still was not enough, but it was only 1 euro. I tried pancakes because I wanted breakfast even though it was lunch time. I didn't even bother looking at anything else on the menu. It came with two thin pancakes and fruit. I loved the fruit but I wished the pancakes were thicker and fluffier. There was no sitting fee. YAY! My pancakes was 10 euros and each cup of americano was 1 euro. So it was a well spent 12 euros. Service is excellent, the place is clean and very modern. I will come again to try the other food and do a review update till then you should totally give this place a try!
