She laid out the different options for us so we could choose what suited our family best. It is complicated, and laws vary by state, yet a necessary part of planning for the future, especially in these uncertain times. She gently pushed me to finish the lengthy process and had a lot of good suggestions. Working with banks differs from bank to bank and she essentially held my hand as the bank staff did not fully grasp the complexities and variations. She was patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend her.

I have placed 6 calls to them and I am always told that someone will call back. I have yet to receive one call back. I asked to speak to Mr Siegel and no call back from him either. I would not use these guys again. If you decide to use them, make absolutely sure you have everything promised before you make that last payment because you may never receive it.
