I called in January 2019 to cancel, and assured it was taken care of. Sure enough, my bank account was charged again in February. I called to dispute this, and again cancel. The front desk representative, Devon, was incredibly rude from the start. She sent me the forms to cancel, and told me the manager would call me the following day. The manager did not contact me, so I called again. They said the manager was not at their desk, but left a message. Devon called me back, not the manager, and said that they canceled my membership, but would not reimburse me. She then said that they had to rehire all new front desk staff, and that the previous staff did not record my conversation as they should have. Massage Envy's employee problem is not my problem. I should not have my account charged for their inadequate management. Further, their manager should contact me his/herself in regards to the issue. Considering the "friendliness" of their front desk staff, I assume this person has no business managing a location to begin with. Awful customer service, and a manager too cowardly to deal with an issue their self. I urge you to go to a real spa for your massage and facial needs.

When Mei opened her new facilities I followed Mei and continued using her services. Mei has new equipment that will help with muscle fatigue and relaxation.
