We dined here last Sunday, February 16, 2025, to celebrate a milestone. What we thought was a fun Sunday ended up with us being in the emergency room. My mother-in-law was admitted to the hospital and had to go through an emergency operation because her index finger was trapped in the restaurant's automatic glass door leading to their comfort rooms. Her index finger was deeply wounded (2 cuts to be exact) and its bone was fractured as well. The doorjamb of this automatic door was sharp, almost like a knife, which caused the deep cuts and the fractured bone. The staff and even the manager working that night were aware. No one even assisted us to get medical help. We were traumatized, anxious during my mother-in-law's hospital confinement, and frustrated because they were not being responsive when we asked about the management's plan. They only said sorry and "we did not want it to happened but it was accident po". An accident which happened because of your unsafe premises! This accident cost the family a lot of money and the management told us that they will NOT cover the medical expenses nor help in any way. We are truly flabbergasted.

Would never go here if I had a choice. Food is overpriced for what is serviced. Poorly prepared and not presented well. It is clear they have a local staff who do not understand good food or providing good service. Our group was about 20 people, so ordered many different items. The best was just average. For example, order a Hawaii Pizza, the crust was not tasty, but would have been passable if the rest was good. The cheese used was a fake-processed product, the tomato sauce was bitter, the ham was poor quality, and the pineapple seemed to be old, and starting to ferment. Many servers here, but they seemed to just run around. Did not seem like severs were assigned to any set area. Ask for a knife to cut the cake, had to ask no less than 5 servers and took 15 minutes. Very popular with Filipinos/Filipinas but really does not stand up in quality, service and pricing. You can find much better food in Angeles City at a better value.

Each dish was served individually; it was like getting a little surprise every time. The cook cleaned the cook top in between dishes, then announced what he was preparing before starting. WE HAD: - stir fried veggies were peppery. They were swimming in liquid. - Eggplant was charred and had a strong smoky flavor - Salmon tataki I enjoyed it's citrusy sauce. - fried rice was oily -Tenderloin was cooked medium and was tender. - Shrimp bamboo soup tasted mostly of seaweed -Miso soup was your standard run of the mill kind - Usuyaki beef was stuffed with mushroom, tasty - Bacon - garlic slivers went best with this YUM! - Creme brulee had a very thin sugar topping - Filipino ice cream not a fan Canned soda and bottled water, no complimentary service water. A couple of times the cook set a ribbon of oil on fire just for show. Empty dishes were taken right away. Heavy handed with salt, and garlic slices were on top of almost everything. I would return for specific menu items.

Eventhough online they…read moreare suppose to be open at 4pm, they actually start taking orders at 4:30pm; but the ramen takes another 20 minutes after that to prepare. Every day they put up the tents and folding tables then take them down at closing time. You order at the front, then have a seat: you pay afterwards. Staff work as a team: they come to your table to verify your order, prepare your food, then bring it to your table. Staff aren't very sociable but they're willing take pictures for you. Food arrived nice and hot. WE ORDERED - Shrimp tempura - Some parts are soggy with a few spots that are crispy. I'm used to having tempura with a nice light crispy coating. - Spicy (imitation) crab roll was overloaded with sauce (typical in the PI). It was missing the pickled ginger. - Aka ramen - my favorite part was the delicious tender chasu. This was spicy! The broth was complex and had nice depth of flavor. Noisy and busy because it's an open air eatery: cars zooming by, cars being washed and vacuumed at the business next door, the prep work being done in the kitchen, plus music in the background. Their strength is in their ramen; sadly, you can't order their ramen to go nor for delivery because they don't have the containers. If you don't want to eat outside; but can't wait to get home to eat your food, you have the option for the staff to bring your food to your car: roll up the windows, turn on the aircon and radio, then enjoy your food in peace.
