I would give 0 stars if there was such an option…read more To start they arrived almost 35 minutes late-no apology or explanation. Kevin was the only one who said hello with the other two women just looking at me blankly . They claim they use their own cleaning products but when they showed up the only supplies they had were two rags, a swiffer, a bucket and a mop. They asked for everything else. I asked them to use paper towels (provided by me) instead of the swiffer, which only moves the dust around , and they did so begrudgingly. They dusted around items, did not pick them up. They do not change the water when washing the floor -I had to tell them to. They also only used water and I had to tell them to use a liquid cleaning solution which I provided. They only vacuumed half of my house and I had to tell them to vacuum the other half before they left. They did not use any sprays in the bathrooms -they were just trying to wipe everything with the dirty rags they brought with them from the house before. Unhygienic to say the least. They were surprised when I asked them to clean the toilet with the toilet brush. They also started to clean the kitchen counters with the same dirty rags they used for the bathroom! I had to stop them and tell them to use paper towels and a disinfecting spray (that I provided). I do not have time to babysit the cleaners, and certainly not for such basic things. No attention to detail and clearly very low standards. They somehow think that no one will pay attention or care. They also used my bathroom and left behind a dirty toilet .....ugh! Kevin is the only one in the group of 3 (it is him, his mother and another woman) who speaks English. He left for quite awhile and it was impossible to communicate with the women in his absence. When he showed up he went to lunch with them and they were gone for 45 minutes and then showed up and finished their half assed job.

I would highly recommend them for any type of cleaning need.
