Watch-Out: By car, it is only one way. Drive towards St-Cyprien but take the bus back (or drive back on Pont Saint-Michel, upstream).
Best pictures are from taken from Quai de Tounis or the opening Avenue de la Garonette, downstairs from Rue du Pont de Tounis. At night, the bridge is enlighted and the nicest colour is green, in my opinion.
At night, later, especially on Thursdays, the area benefits from the Bar Les Filochards, showing live concerts and attracting lots of the local mixed youth. You can take your drink out in a plastic cup and drink it up on the Pont Neuf.
