Stayed here for a month for work and I'll provide the skinny on the good and the bad. Firstly it's…read morea newer hotel so all around the hotel it has a newer freshness feel to it. Location is absolutely fantastic right next to Carre de Jaude and the shopping center. A Carrefour shopping market grocery store was a short 2 min walk away. The room I stayed in was a studio with a Murphy bed, stove small fridge desk and small bathroom. It was manageable for the month but definitely small. The bed was comfortable. I had colleagues stay in the same sized place and others who opted to stay in the one bedroom suites. The suites with the extra bedroom are nicer and recommended if you want to pay the additional up charge. However they tend to go quite fast. 3/5 The bathrooms were quite small and the glass window that covered the shower was a bit awkward. You had to be careful or else water would leak all over the floor when having a shower. 3/5 The room came with a window and shutter you would roll up and down (like a hurricane storm shutter. I was facing the back courtyard and some Jaude noise was evident but not too bad. The one huge downside to my stay was no A/C. Thank goodness I stayed during the wet month of June and there were not many hot scorching nights. I kept the window open and had a small fear of a pigeon coming in my room but it provided nice fresh air and minimal bugs entered. Overall this was nice as it was great to have fresh air and a full window which opened. 4/5 Breakfast was included and each morning lots of fresh options were available. The cured meats, ham, turkey and fresh cheese plate was always popular in the morning. They cycled through other warm options of crepes, chicken fingers, hot veggies, lentils, beans and a variety of other foods. Lots of cereal, yoghurt, breads croissants and Danish and of course fresh fruit. Overall the breakfast was quite good each and every day. 4/5 The hotel did have wifi but it was pretty much non useable during peak hour for morning and night time. We complained and it was corrected after week 2. They provided us through our company portable wifi units through the hotel. This corrected the situation. The hotel did also have "In hotel laundry" I used it on a few occasions. There was also dry cleaning (Pressing) also available at a steep charge. In the second week one of the washing machines broke down so it became a bit longer but I was able to do laundry ok during my stay. Overall I'd rate this hotel a 3.5/5. Some good some bad but overall I'd stay here again if needed however during the cooler months as the no A/C was a bit of a First world inconvenience.
