I would not recommend this agent for several reasons. Brenda was a difficult part of the process…read moreselling my elderly parents' house. She was the agent for the buyer and after our coming down considerably on the price she continued to nickel and dime us with a list of incidentals that far exceeded reasonability. There were vague and unusual requests with which we complied only to be asked to do something additional or more specific. This continued right up until the morning of closing. Furthermore, she was lax in returning phone calls to my agent. This was unprofessional as was her attitude. After closing, I addressed her in the parking lot of the title company and stated things could have gone better. She called me rude and abruptly walked away and over her shoulder called back sarcastically, "God bless your parents," her subtext being quite clear. Despite this experience being extremely stressful on me and my parents (I was their POA) she should have maintained decorum and responded with dignity and sophistication. Brenda's display of disrespect deserves this negative review.
