A+ Excellent business and customer service from Scott at Shark Bait Rentals…read more Came home for the holiday weekend and last minute had the urge to get some paddle boards to head out and take advantage of the clear waters just off the coast to the boiler shipwreck near Waldo's. Scott, even though short handed without hesitation, had two paddle boards, vests, and paddles available within an hour of the phone call. Very pleasant to speak with over the phone and easily coordinated all aspects of the rental process. Will definitely be using Shark Bait again for any rental needs beach side and will recommend to all family, friends, and visitors.

I've rented from them and not been able to make it to the beach and I was still charged in full. I didn't like it but didn't make a deal of it. For April 11 2023 I rented a fly and 3 chairs ($67). The weather wasn't great but I had company in town so we went to the beach. Sharkbait was a no-show. We walked to the Costa de Esta and explained the situation and they gave us three beach chairs for nothing. Very nice. When I got home I wrote to SB asking for my refund. No answer. I wrote again. No response. And then again. No response. I did tell him that if I didn't hear from him I would write this review for every social media site and then go to the BBB. So here I am. I hate so much to do this - I understand keeping my money when I can't be there but to keep my money when they aren't there? That is dishonest.

We saw 9 alligators, 26 birds, 7? turtles, and even an iguana on our river adventure. I highly recommend taking some time out of your day to go on this cruise. Florida locals and tourists will both enjoy this opportunity, and have a chance to learn about the history of the area and the local ecological life. Call ahead to secure your seat. The boat owners, Steph & Eddie, are fabulous tour guides and really take the time to ensure all passengers have an opportunity to see all the creatures on the tour. The river is an estuary with the most diverse aquatic wildlife in the country. Maddy has a masters degree in marine biology and leads wonderful tours of the area, where you can see dolphins, manatees and birds as well as plant life. If you have never kayaked before this is a good place to start. You'll receive excellent instruction on technique and safety. Equipment is in excellent shape. If you're visiting Vero Beach, I highly recommend you spend some time here.

All around amazing!!…read more I don't have enough good things to say about Ultimate Dive. Ken and Laura are not only very nice people, but also very helpful and knowledgeable about diving. My husband and I were looking to go on a dive trip for our honeymoon. My heart was set on Indonesia as I didn't want to go some where "touristy" like the Caribbean, but at the time we were looking to go, there was a bomb scare in the area, which made us look for another destination. Ken suggested Matangi in Figi and I am so glad that he did. It was absolutely perfect. We were able to get the cultural non-touristy experience we were looking for as the Fijian people are so welcoming and offer a variety of activities where you can visit and spend time with them in their local villages. We also had amazing diving with a really great guide from the resort and wonderful relaxation and pampering that comes with being on your honeymoon. Ken was so easy to deal with when setting up the trip. He gave us lot of options for when we wanted to go and suggestions on the best ways to travel - he even booked us a day room when we had a long lay over between flights, which again ended up being a great suggestion.
