Saigon Fries, so so good! Could totally finish this alone, but the serving is perfect for sharing

I love coming here! Some pho places simply don't get the broth right, where it may taste dull and needs lime to be bearable. 100% not the case with Saigon Eatery. Broth is clean, yet has a lot of depth and soul to its flavor profile. True food enthusiasts can tell that this place takes their craft seriously. It's the kind of pho that really doesn't need Hoisin Sauce or Sriracha, but of course those staples are available to use at each table. Don't sleep on the other items of the menu!! The pork bahn mi, Saigon Fries, egg rolls - everything is spectacular. Their Vietnamese coffee is slept on as well. That beverage, is so delicious and can wake anyone up from the dead. The restaurant itself is spacious and has a couple of TVs to the right of the front counter. I'm kind of bummed I typically have to work during their Happy Hour (15% off your order from 3-5PM). I do however, know that if you call ahead - you can still get HH pricing even if you do pickup vs. dining in. Lastly, I can see how service is a hit or miss to other visitors. To me, there's occasionally a slight language barrier. But I just order slowly and try to remain polite.

Came here with after seeing so many great reviews. This review is based on our first impressions. The restaurant is located in an L-shaped strip shopping center with a common parking lot. We dined for dinner on a Saturday evening. We ordered two varieties of Pho which were brought to our table in large bowls. At first glance it looked like a pretty big meal. But those hopes were dashed when we realized the bowls contained a whole lot of noodles and broth and very little meat. I mean a really little portion of meat. The pho lacked flavor and needed a good dose of the chili that was at the table. Everything considered we got two bowels of noodles and a little meat. The spring rolls were okay. They looked good but were a bit overcooked. The cashier was very nice. He told us they were out of pork chops (that my guest wanted to order). Other than that he was polite and brought us our food. I'd like to say I'll go try this place again. After all it was clean and friendly. But the seating on cold metal chairs was uncomfortable and, as I said, the food totally failed to impress. There are plenty of other Vietnamese restaurants so next time I'll try another

Went around 2pm for the first time. The servers were very friendly. The chicken bánh mì sandwich had plenty of vegetables, but very little chicken.

Great pho! The broth is very rich and flavorful with light spices! The meat is very tender. The staff is very polite and efficient. They have great food and comfortable ambiance!

Their pho is really good and prices are decent. I really liked their oxtail pho. My friend also once brought me pho and their bahn mi sandwich which were both delicious! The pho travels well to-go with the noodles and veggies separated from the broth. The bahn mi was also really good and I will be back to get it again!

One of my ultimate comfort foods is pho, so I've tried my fair share of pho spots. After my dental appointment today, I decided to finally try this place, and I'm so glad I did. The food was really good. I ordered the Saigon pho with egg rolls, while my husband got the banh mi, and honestly, everything was delicious. Special shoutout to the broth and noodles of the pho, so flavorful and comforting. Also, don't skip their Thai tea. No need for boba, the Thai tea alone is already perfect.

The food was delicious, warm, and hearty, and served promptly. Additionally, the restaurant was super clean and we had no problems getting a seat for Friday lunch. No complaints from me, I will be a repeat customer!

Let's start with the positives. The food was fresh, everything looked pretty, and they provided all of the condiments needed. I also appreciate how fast I received my order. Came right on time and was still hot. I ordered delivery through DoorDash. I've never been to this location and decided to try them for the first time. I ordered the oxtail pho, the broth had a nice flavor they give you a lot of broth and noodles. I've never tried oxtail pho before and I love oxtail so I figured this should be a good choice. The oxtail itself had a lot of fat and the meat was flavorless. Definitely wouldn't order it again. When combined with the soup noodles hoisin sauce, and some Sriracha it's pretty decent. I was hoping there would be flavor. It kind of taste like they boiled it. Wasn't a big fan at all. The meat was tender, so that was a plus. I ordered their egg rolls. Those were nice and crunchy. Pretty good flavor. Side note: my dipping sauce had a long curly hair in it so whoever works in the back might want to put on a hairnet. I understand the mistakes happen though. I also ordered their garlic noodles. These were fresh and flavorful. Had a nice garlicy taste I added shrimp those were delicious. This was my favorite item. I also ordered their salad. It was really pretty and bright. It came with a fish sauce I think, on the side. Really refreshing nice flavors. I also ordered their sandwich. Grilled beef banh mi. It was pretty good. The vegetables inside we're fresh. Nice and crunchy. No complaints. I also ordered their Ube coffee and Thai tea. The Ube coffee had great flavor, the Thai tea was really good as well

Got the garlic noodles with shrimp and a side of egg rolls. Solid garlic flavor in the noodles with a little bit of sweetness for balance. The egg rolls were crispy and not greasy at all. Service was very friendly and prompt.

Oxtail pho was tasty. Plenty of tender oxtail in the bowl and inexpensive. Want to try the other dishes and report back!

The noodles are thick, chewy, and clearly made fresh. Broth is clean and dashi-forward. Solid bowl. I also got a spam musubi. It was fine, but the spam-to-rice ratio was not enough in my option. The tempura add-on bar is genuinely a nice touch. Crab meat, cheese, sausage, gyoza, pumpkin, sweet potato, zucchini, potato croquette, chicken katsu, all ranging from about $1.99 to $4.99 per item. Lots of ways to build out your bowl. Service was fast and friendly, Japanese pop in the background, low-key atmosphere. It's a good spot. Not destination dining, but absolutely worth a stop if you're nearby and want something warm and fresh.

Feedback: Great Dumplings, "Sauna" Dining Experience…read more I'm writing this because I genuinely love the food at Bafang Dumpling, but the current dining environment is making it hard to come back. It's clear that the AC is being kept off to save on costs, and it's creating a really uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone involved. Here are a few points regarding the current situation: * Poor Air Circulation: Customers are having to request that the front door stay open just to get a breeze. Eating hot soup and dumplings in a stuffy room isn't exactly the "premium" experience the food deserves. * Employee Welfare: While it's uncomfortable for me for thirty minutes, I can't imagine how difficult it is for the staff working long shifts next to a hot kitchen with no climate control. * The Vibe: Penny-pinching on the electricity bill is costing you the "dine-in" appeal. I'd love to enjoy my meal without feeling like I'm in a greenhouse. I had to ask the employee to keep the doors open to keep the air circulation. Bottom Line: The food is 10/10, but the temperature is a dealbreaker. Please turn the AC back on so your customers--and your hard-working team--can breathe!
