Update to my review. I asked for an itemized bill to send to my insurance a week ago. I was told that I would have it by the end of the day. I still have not received anything. It just goes to show the lack of customer care and the ignorance of the office staff here. There are many more dentists in the area. If there were a negative rating, I would choose that instead. Who are these people playing God? "Unprofessional"!!! My insurance listed this provider. They argued with me and would not accept my insurance plan for x-ray, exam and 2 cleanings a year. Then, to add to this they said I do not have a say in the treatment plan that is not necessary, but also at a high price tag for them to offer an installment plan. Seriously? I cannot afford their installment plans - the last one was over $2,000 and I couldn't finish the treatment and again, it wasn't necessary. This is my body, my teeth and gums and have not had any issues at all in the last year. They have some nerve and should be removed from all insurance providers list. Up charge is the name of the game here! Doesn't matter if you have insurance. They will throw whatever they can to get more money out of you. What's included in a cleaning?? Shouldn't this include the gums? Aren't the gums part of the overall teeth health?? Never again!!! The ONLY good thing is that they accommodate appointments within a few days!! My dentist includes numbing if you are sensitive to cleanings without charge but I couldn't get an appointment for my son there. read more

I can't speak for the Dentists themselves @ this location, BUT what I can speak on is the completely disrespectful treatment I received from the front office staff. Extremely unprofessional, rude & every other negative thing I can or could possibly think of. I was in this office for the first time AND the last time! I didn't even stay for my appointment, I left. This is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever visited. It took them four times to do an impression and they still didn't get it right. They keep rescheduling me. I had an appointment for 3 June 2021 @ 2 pm. The receptionist called the same day to cancel. Then I received a text that I have a 530 appointment. I called for some fidelity and the receptionist had the nerve to tell me why I keep coming back and hung the phone up on me. Just like you I have a job with clients and deserve some level of professionalism/respect . You are a medical professional so act like one. I had work done here for a crown, only to find out after they did the drilling my tooth bothered me so much I needed to get a root canal. Then I was told I had to make make an appointment in the Jupiter office because they don't do that there and pay a $100 deposit when my insurance pays %100 just in case I cancel because then they can keep that money. Everytime I have been to this practice, all the employees and Dr's have been friendly and compassionate. I have been given an estimate before a major procedure and have stuck to it. I saw the oral surgeon today, he an his tech were awesome! Thought having my upper wisdom tooth removed would be more painful. I went there to try out a new dentist. ended up having to get a deep cleaning. I agreed to the price they were charging me and then ended up getting a $200 bill in the mail. I have called my insurance who said they used the wrong code. I've called them and they don't answer the phone and when they finally do they're so unhelpful. I spent thousands of dollars there from cleanings to crowns to bridges. After all was said and done not only did they not help me with all of the bridges and crowns that were falling out including the night brace that they gave me that didn't fit as they scraped and bled my mouth to fit it...AFTER I PAID 500 FOR THE NIGHT BRACE!!! Then as I asked... " please help me refit?" 8 thousand dollars later, they said... you r out at the practice. They literally kicked me out for their own wrong doing???? Not only is that against the law, that's against any due diligence that any normal business person would ever do; including the doctor and the staff. The front office staff is as important as the back office staff and the doctor . The front office staff are the ones you need to deal with to make an appointment , coordinate insurance and things like that. The front office staff is the reason for my 1 star. Save yourself the headache. They give you a run around. The oral surgery office has been calling this office to get a copy of my xray for days JUST EMAIL THE X-RAY!!!!!!!!! I called to ask if the X-ray was sent yet , I was informed "it will be sent by the end of the day" I asked if it was possible me to send it sooner since I am in pain. The service they provided was excellent but the pricing was kind of a scam.They told me I had to buy insurance,I baught the insurance and they charged me over $700 for deep cleaning with antibiotics.Then they told me my insurance included 1 follow up within the year.When went for the follow up they charged me $75 and told me I need frequent deep cleanings to save my teeth. Im still trying to figure out why I had to pay for the follow up,when I was told it was free when I baught the insurance. read more

New patient, went for xrays and a cleaning. Dentist looked at my teeth but no cleaning. Told they need to determine what type of cleaning is needed and not all of the cleanings are covered by insurance. I only need a routine cleaning and now need to go back for another visit. Oral surgeon and procedure was good experience, however, taking care of my insurance claim was another matter. I confirmed with dental insurance that my procedures were covered, one at 100% and other at 80%. Claim denied due to multiple procedures listed on same claim. Insurance stated that they needed a narrative to explain and then they could pay the 100% procedure. After several calls to the office, I was told the narrative was sent. Followed up with dental insurance 4 different times but no narrative was ever sent to them. Instead, Sage office insisted I give my medical insurance info or pay in full. I reluctantly agreed only because I was assured the narrative was still being submitted. Nothing ever submitted and cost me an additional $350 out of pocket. Procedure was professional, but the claim filing was less than adequate. Office manager should be reviewed by corporate and/or replaced. NOT HAPPY!! read more

My stepson found this great price of $69 for exam, ex-rays and cleaning. When he got there they did exam and ex-rays but told him he needed a "deep cleaning" for $750 a side. When I called, they refused to give him a normal cleaning as promised. I then sent him to Dr. Fedele's office and they treated him right with a fair price. He did NOT need a special deep cleaning. Xen Truong D.D.S was amazing so honest saved me from a not needed route canal and crown. Very organized and pleasant office to be in.
