After she left and the business became Normandy Dentistry, I was a bit nervous because it's hard to find a good dentist that understands and connects with you. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews but as a new patient of Dr. Lee and Dr. Che, I can say that I've received nothing but kindness, great work, and amazing service from both dentists and the staff. All the dental hygienists were so kind and my teeth always feels so clean afterwards. The front desk staff are also sweet and helpful as well. I had a dental emergency where my filling fell off and the staff worked with me to make sure that I was taken care off. Dr. Lee did a fantastic job on my filling and my tooth looks great! Even better than before. I felt no pain and he was so patient and took his time to make sure my tooth was okay. He also takes the time to converse and listen to your questions and concerns and makes sure you're comfortable. I had no pain what so ever the next day and back to chewing normally!

Being a senior citizen on social security it makes it hard to survive for the next 6-8 weeks. Obviously, they don't check to see how much your insurance will pay. Plus dentist wanted to add some crowns, all with me sitting in the dentist chair and feeling pressured. Never again, and when they found out it be a few days for me to get the money, "when can you have the money?"
