How in the 'F' do you go from wanting blonde put back in your hair to BLACK?!?!? Yes, you read that right... BLACK! When I told her that it was too dark and that my hair grows in dark but as it grows out it's blonde, she closed her eyes, smiled and shook her head like I was lying about it! Those who know me knows that this is truth. THEN, she tells me, "If you use cheap shampoo, it will fade." WTF?!? Why in the 'F' should I use cheap shampoo in my hair?!? I shouldn't have to.. For two hours I cried... When I finally stopped, my other daughter looked at my hair and noticed eight, yes EIGHT inches was MISSING off my hair as well! I was so upset about the color that I didn't even notice that much of the length was missing! Instant tears... it was down to the top of my butt (naturally curly) and now it's up to my bra strap... It took me two years to grow it out and this "professional" completely ruined my hair in the matter of less than three hours. I am absolutely floored that a "supposed" professional completely disregarded what a customer wanted. THIS is why I get nervous around salons and I don't go hardly.
