Worst service ever, if I could I would give them 0 stars or less I would.
My horrible experience started in February, I was shopping on line for halo lights and they are the only Oracle Lighting authorized dealer or service center in mass ( don't know how). In February I called and John the owner answered the phone he was very pleasant at the phone and answer my questions about the halos and leds lights for my bike, we talk for about 15 minutes he gave me a quote over the phone and told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the parts plus 1 to 2 days for installation, I told him that's fine lets order but he wouldn't take a card over the phone so I mailed him a check of $818.00 for parts and upon installation I would pay for labor and extras. He got the check and Cashed, one month later I called him and he told me the parts had not arrived yet so for the next two weeks After on month has passed I called him no answer so I decided to go there. I drove 1 hour and when I got there the came smiling like nothing happen and told me he was about to call me ( 2 weeks he didn't had time). So I drop my bike at shop the day the parts was suppost be there so I started to call every 2 days but the parts was never arrived whiting 2 week of my bike been sitting on his shop and after 2 months after ordering the parts I decided than that was enough a I decide to pick my bike because I could keep up with his bull$&@. I went and picked my bike on april 27 ( 2 months after I paid him to do a job which he claimed to know how to do it) I picked my bike with 1/4 of the job done ( based on this perfomace he would take 8 months to do this job, what a joke). I paid up front and got a the worse customer service ever. This is by far the longest review I ever did. I am very frustrated with this horrible experience and the waist of my time. Safety lighting do not contact me you have waisted my time enough If don' know how to do the job, just don't take time waisters. read more
