I then received a call at 5:30 saying that the glass was finished, but the tech who does the recalibration went home for the day so the car would not be able to be finished and that they would get to it tomorrow. They asked if I wanted to leave it or come back and since I needed the car I went back to pick it up. When I asked what time I should bring it back, the man behind the desk said I could bring it in when they open, so I did just that. I arrived at opening and had to wait this time because I didn't have a ride. The man behind the desk told me that since it had rained last night that they may not be able to do the recalibration. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. First, they shouldn't schedule appointments if they're not able to finish them as promised. Next, he said nothing about the rain being a factor while it was raining the day before (while I was in the shop!). When I asked about this, he said I could wait, which I did- for 2 hours until the tech showed up. It took him 20 minutes to recalibrate the car and I was on my way. I'll never go to this location again. As I was waiting multiple customers had issues and complaints. It's not worth the headache!
