I called around for a shop that might be able to take a look at it, and DTE stepped up and saved the day. I had the car towed there by AAA, but a DTE employee showed up to help out. Their mechanic came in bright and early on the 4th of July and had us in the road about four hours later. Great Job!!!

Terrible Service - Overcharging - and Unprofessional Behavior…read moreWe were overcharged $9,000 for towing a truck, trailer, and three cars, even though the cars were not towed separately! The staff was rude, unprofessional, and incompetent--they were swearing and speaking disrespectfully to customers, treating them as if they were garbage. Additionally, when our driver arrived to pick up the vehicles, they could not locate the person holding the car keys, causing unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, they charged excessive storage fees without justification. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Department of Justice and other relevant authorities to address this overpricing and misconduct. This kind of scam-like behavior should not be allowed to continue!

I have utilized 2 brothers twice. They are the best company I have dealt with with body work…read more The body work was perfect. They were very courteous and professional both times. They took the time to explain the process in a way I understood. I appreciated that. When it was finished, my car was cleaned. Both times when I left they told me to come back if anything came up or I had questions. In their new site, there is a car rental office which made it so nice when I dropped off the car. I hope I don't have to return, but if something comes up again, I will be right back at 2 Brothers. Bev Winter

THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!! We had broke down on I77 with our 35' Motorhome on a Thursday headed to a…read moreweekend wedding. We had called 5 or 6 places before we found one that would even look at our motorhome. Mark the owner said he could not promise they could look at it that day but would before the weekend. We did not get towed there until 3pm. He also let use hook up to power and stay in the motorhome on his lot. By closing time at 5 pm Mark and his guys had looked at the engine and determined it had probably broke the flywheel. He had also checked for the part but could not get one til Monday. We told him our daughter lives in Charlotte NC area and could bring one up from there if he could find one near there. So Friday morning he went out of his way to look there for the part. He also came back Thursday night to check on us staying in is lot and see if we needed anything. His guys started working on our motorhome first thing Friday morning and had it ready for the new part by around 1 pm. While they did that Mark found a part near Charlotte. Our daughter picked up the part and finally made it to the garage at 4:45 pm on Friday. They close at 5. Mark and his guys stayed to work on finishing the repairs and at 9 pm had us done and on the road. Mark did all of this while dealing with the lose of his father in law on Thursday night. We can not say enough about the great guys and Mark. They made us feel welcome and cared about. Not just a customer but a friend. Not only did he get our motorhome looked at before the weekend but also got it fixed and back on the road. THEY WERE AWESOME AND WONDERFUL. I would recommend Creager auto to everyone. They treated us like family. Mark even called us Saturday to make sure everything went good.

We had called, left contact info, full details on the history and a request to call with any questions. We asked why he hadn't called, he said "the problem was obvious." So which was it? Too obvious to ask questions or too complex to solve without additional info? He had us at his mercy, taking a breakdown on the WV turnpike. Don't be another one of his victims!
