This service is the most disrespectful ever! He actually just told a disabled person to stop using…read morethe disabled card! She had previously told him she could not move some things and he was ok with that until he got there. Telling a customer that their carpets are junk is so unprofessional. This man should never be allowed to deal with the public, especially anyone who has a disability.

Green light told me "Stop using the disabled card" I reached out to green light to see if they…read morecould help me with my carpets, I let him know that I am not able to lift anything and that I have some furniture that my roommate could move to the side when needed. He agreed and set my appointment. The moment he walked in and seen the few pieces of furniture on the floor and said in and irritated tone "This room is not ready" I also responded with what do you mean when we spoke on the phone? I told you that I'm not able to pick everything up because I'm disabled and still live here. you could just go around things. He then stated in my daughter's room there were stains he would not be able to get out so he wasn't gonna do it at all. I expressed that I wasn't concerned about stains. I was concerned about dirt then when we moved to my room, he got upset that there was a small black bench in my room on the floor still, I told him that I figured we could just move it to the other side. Once one side was done. He then asked me to put it into the bathroom, which there is a bunch of stuff shoved in the bathroom, so to put it in there, I would have to lift it up and set it on top. This bench is about 20 pounds. I told him again "I am sorry I am not able to pick up stuff. I am disabled." because he obviously didn't hear me the first couple times. he then stated "stop using the disabled card" I told him the only reason I'm saying disabled is because you keep asking me to do things that I told you on the phone I would not be able to do. My caregiver is not here. The only thing I can do is move stuff to the side after he made the comment. I asked him to leave my home and choice words. I'm not really sure where this bad attitude of has came from considering that we spoke over the phone and had everything set out very clearly on the phone before the appointment. He obviously does not like what he's doing and if he's scared of some dirt on a carpet, then I guess he's in the wrong business. Don't send him to anyone elder or with disabilities even if he agrees it's ok.
