It was after hours, but he returned our call within five minutes. His first concern was that me and my family were safe and had shelter. He then immediately started working on my claim and advising me on the steps I needed to take. Long story short, within 72 hours, the tree was removed (same night), we have an approved estimate to repair the damage, and Safeco has already sent a check to cover the cost of the tree removal. Mr. Young and the entire staff at Tradewinds have taken all the stress out of what in normal circumstances would have been an incredibly stressful situation. I cannot emphasize my gratitude for service we have received.
