When I got it back the original markings weren't on it. When I questioned them about it, they told me I was crazy and out of my mind. They abused me and refused to acknowledge that my ring was totally different even when I produced legal documents confirming the rings appraisal and photos before I took it to them. I must say, this is the worst jewellers I have ever been to. And to make matters worse, the owner phoned me to abuse me some more! I have seeked legal action.
