It's rich and creamy and the perfect amount of sweetness. They also have specialty items like Christmas cake (panettone) with dulce de leche in it. The café offers pastries and we shared a chocolate cake...while the cake wasn't too impressive, it arrived with a nice serving of their dulce de leche sauce and that made it great. Usually the small brownie is enough chocolate for me, but this time I tried the milkshake since something cold sounded perfect for the summer heat. The brigadeiro shake was just as sweet, with plenty of chocolate but in a cold delicious liquid form. Make sure you get some water to wash it down! I also tried the pão de queijo and they were surprisingly good! They were made fresh and hot. So far we've tried several Brownerias and they have held up consistency, definitely an expected trait in chain stores.

As you can tell by the name, the specialty is brownies and they have a big selection. Today we were feeling hot from Rio summer so we opted for a brigadeiro milkshake, which was delicious. We also tried out the pão de queijo, and even though it wasn't bad, I think I'll stick with the brownies next time. In the past I have gotten the Little Brownie and it makes a perfect snack. You pick the brownie of your choice and it also comes with a scoop of ice cream. Even the coffee is good here, so you really can't go wrong.
