Cute coffee and ice cream shop downtown! Wanted to try the cold brew milkshake but they were out of cold brew when I was there, so I tried the polar bear frappe. It was super sweet but nonetheless tasty. Next time I will try a coffee drink as I tend to prefer more espresso taste and less sweetness in my drinks. They have some great looking brews too to try. Cute boutique/gift shop as well. Looking forward to trying more of their menu soon! read more

-------------update------------ Have been back a few times now and employees seem to be clueless about products offered and service is not great. There's only one girl with dark hair and glasses who gives good service. I have come in and haven't been acknowledged and have said good morning just to have employees look at me and go back to what they're doing. They act like it's such an inconvenience to have customers. Also the smoothies aren't even fresh fruit, it's just juice from a bottle added to ice. -------------------------- Came in to check out the new coffee & creamery this morning and have to say I really love the way the shop is decorated. There are quite a few tables as well as a bar to sit at. The staff was friendly and checked in on us after receiving our orders to make sure we had everything we needed. The menu was quite extensive; there were options for coffee, smoothies, teas, ice cream and a few food items along with different baked goods in the display case. Our group ordered the Harvest greens smoothie (lemongrass, cucumber, spinach, kale, kiwi, banana & apples), a mixed berry muffin, a pumpkin pie latte, a regular latte and cranberry oatmeal cookies. -The Harvest greens smoothie was pretty good, sweet, and the taste of the cucumber came through the most. If you're looking for something fresh and light tasting give it a try. -I asked for my latte sweet and they added just the right amount of simple syrup so it wasn't overly sweet. The espresso was okay , I do wish it shined through just a little more though; maybe ask for an extra shot (50 cents) since the latte is quite big if you're like me and really like to taste the coffee through all the steamed milk. -The pumpkin pie latte was a good choice for the start of fall, the flavor is on point, taste pretty much just like a slice of pumpkin pie. -The baked goods were delightful, both options are great to accompany your coffee especially for the price! They're on the square downtown so parking might be an issue early in the mornings before work/school and in the evening when the pizza place next door is open but when we arrived around 8:30 a.m. there was plenty of room. Even though when we came in there were about 5 other people waiting for their coffee it didn't take too long to get our order. It looked like there was only one barista running the espresso machine so that could be why, not to mention today was there first "official" day open so everyone is trying to find their rhythm working together, so not bad. Will be back to try the ice cream soon! read more

What a great gem tucked away on the square in the county seat of Sabine county. Immediately upon entering we were warmly greeted and they were patient to explain breakfast options. We had two breakfast sandwiches made fresh and to order. We also had a croissant and the kolaches. Everything was delicious. We ordered the flat white with coconut milk to drink. Delicious. And WAY better than Starbucks. The atmosphere is quaint, inviting, and unique. It appears to have been an old soda fountain or pharmacy maybe because many of the items are antique and original to the building. If you like unique spots, it's worth a drive to Hemphill TX. Sabine's was great ! The staff was very friendly and attentive to my party's needs. The one thing I would like to have seen is a mandatory mask wearing by all customers and all staff to wear mask. Sabine's is a cute little coffee shop that has a welcoming atmosphere. The food was fresh and came out quickly. I ordered the Pesto, Spinach, Turkey Large Crossiant with Chips. The Sandwhich was satisfying with super fresh bread. Sorry I did not take pics as usual due to being super hungry. Another thing about Sabine is that they have a mini store with tees,hats, coffee mugs, jewelry, candles etc. On a scale of 1- 5 I gave 5 stars for food and service but if I had to downgrade it would be a 4 due to the establishment not having enough Covid safety precautions. read more

Finally got to stop in and I'm so glad we did. We got 2 iced lattes with soy milk and they were perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We tried the apple scone and a blueberry muffin that were both great. We can't wait to stop in again next time we're in town! read more

The CUTEST little coffee shop I've ever come across. Was visiting for a fishing trip and needed to go explore and I'm so glad I found this place!
