Everyone be aware!!!! Mr. Farid Saatchi, is a Charlatan, a big lair and a scum that feeds off of old desperate and unfortunate widows! My aunt who is an 80 year old widow who also has lost her only son to cancer was deceived by him 8 years ago by promising her 100% interest on money invested with his firm. My alone and unfortunate aunt looking for a way to earn some income after losing her husband and her beloved son in a desperate move gave him all her savings which was $24,000.00 and he promised her to return a sum of $48,000.00 in 1 year. Well, it's been 8 years since then and my poor aunt has exhausted herself trying to get her money back. The only evidence that my aunt has is a handwriting, basically confirming that she will get $48,000.00 in 1 year ( she still has the note). After 1 year she went back claiming her money, but he kept feeding her with lies after lies & excuses after excuses and convinced her that her money was safe in his hands and that he will add a 5% interest to the $48,000.00 and will pay her back as soon as he earns the money from the sale of jewelries. My desperate aunt, needing money, in another desperate move trusted this Charlatan again and brought all her precious, life earned jewelries to him so that he would sell them to generate some money for her to stay up float & survive. Yes, if you are an honest person and reading this, your guess is right!! This leach and blood sucking scum sold all her jewelries and never gave this desperate women a dime! For the past 7 years he's been feeding my aunt lies after lies and fabricated stories to make her believe that some day in the near future she will get all her money with interest added to it. His fabricated stories sound so silly, but my aunt who has a heart of gold & hasn't hurt even a fly in her life has fallen for his lies & schemes for the past 8 years. I had no idea about this until last week when I visited my aunt. I felt so bad for her that i told my aunt " we must pay a visit to him today" & we did. At 1st he was shaken up a little and a bit & nervous by seeing me with her. " Please, anytime you would like to see me, call me ahead of time" he said. So I introduced myself and asked him what has happened to her investments and why she has not received any of her money since day one. He explained that he now works with a huge company and the company is in charge of her investments. Oh, I said. Was my aunt notified in writing about this sudden business move I asked? He replied NO! I said, if this is a legitimate company, as you claim it is, they must have her accounts activities right? Oh, yes they do he replied. I asked for it and he said I will send it to you via email tomorrow and it has all her account's activities for the past 8 years. Well, even though I was certain that this scum was making this up, I had no choice, but to wait til the next day. Yes you guessed it right! No email came but over the phone he kept claiming that it was sent. From that point forward I decided to contact him via text only. When I requested for the email to be sent again, in a text he referred me to a lady by the name of Shiva, and he said she has all the information regarding her case. So I called her. Yes, you guessed it right! She had no idea what I was talking about and she did not recognize my aunt's name at all! So I sent a text to the biggest blood sucking scum of the earth asking for an explanation. The scum started to fabricate stories again just to confuse me even more and send me around the bend. When I called him on all the schemes , lies and fabricated stories of his,he became defensive and actually in his text he gave me the contact information of, supposedly a lawyer and he wrote, if you have any complaints or issues with us, contact this attorney. For the past few days I have sent him several texts ( Actually, I sent a group text & involved Shiva in it as well sensing that she is either the wife or a relative) In my texts, called him on all his schemes and lies just as I have in this review and his only reply for every text was " Stop texting us . I am going to report you to the police" And I firmly replied " Please, please do!!!" Via social media and any other ways, I am determined to expose this scum and embarrass him in front of his kids and relatives once and for all! And as I told him in my texts, his kids aught to know with what kind of dirty money they have been fed and raised! "Sucking the blood off of old and desperate people like my aunt who had no support due to the loss of her husband and her son". Last but not least, as a Persian guy, I am ashamed and totally embarrassed that a scum like Mr. Farid Saatchi, who happens to be Persian himself also,1st of all exists & secondly, up until today has not been caught by the authorities after all these years of shady, unethical, unlawful and inhuman activities. All you people needs to stop lying about Saatchi. He has been sued over 50 times in the last 2 years by stealing peoples jewelry. I was one of them, my sister was one of them and so many other people. I filed a suit against him and he settled with me. He gave me a rolext watch ONLY for selling my diamond cartier and diamond pendent withotu my permission and then would not pay me anything for it. I have a huge file on him for everything he is doing illegally. Now he has me on Rip off Report that I ripped him off. He is the biggest con artest I have ever met. Don't be fooled by him. Ask him why he was shot 3 tiimes, he has pissed off people whom have shot him. Another lady sued him for $85,000 and she won, but then Saatchi filed a BK. I spoke to that ladies attorney and he said he had several other cases against him. Now that he has my name on Rip off Report lying again that I took the rolex watch wihtout paying is ludicarous. He has someone working on this site to have people say nice things because he lost alot of business when I went on yelp last year and destroyed his business. So don't be fooled people. I have to go back to court now since he went against our contract and put me on Rip off report after we settled. Who does that? Psycho Saatchi does. Further to my recent posts re Saatchi Jewelry, I now learn this company does not have the proper State of Calif. License to be buying Gold/Silver/etc. If a firm engages in such a business they need to have the proper license and so far I have two Orange County Cities who say they will be looking into the Saatchi Jewelry operation. This Mr. Saatchi must have 20 plus types of business operations here in Calif. and I WOULD NOT give my money to any of them He sells Real Estate, Notary Public, Diamond Broker, STC Trade (which is a barter company) and God only knows what other racket he operates. ON 9/9/10 after following with the Tustin Police on this crook, I go by his operation on Newport Blvd. in front of the BIG LOTS Store, only to see it has been vacated. Then went to the main store location in the Irvine Jewelry Mart, Culver Dr. and spoke with the guy at the counter, who dialed a number, speaking in a foreign language, then hands me the phone. I must presume it is Mr, Saatchi with whom I say I want my money, ie $85.00. He says I can go pick up my things at the Tustin store, and my reply was, I want the money paid to me for my items, and that his Tustin store no longer exists, but he says other wise. Any way, if you are reading this, Do NOT, REPEAT DO NOT do business with any of the SAATCHI JEWELRY Kiosk operations here in So. Calif. because you will be RIPPED-OFF!!! I have lived in Mission Viejo for over 11 years and did not notice that we had Saatchi Jewelry at the corner of La Paz and Marguerite. May be because it is a bit harder to access to it. The business has two small driveways leading to it from La Paz and another driveway leading to it from Marguerite. Any way, Mr. Saatchi had a sign at his business entrance stating that replacing watch batteries for .99 cents on weekends; Boy, as soon as I handed my wife's watch, he was able to replace it within seconds for ONLY 99 cents; I was totally impressed not only by his understanding of the jewelry business but also by his warm demeanor and welcoming attitude. I like the fact that he is active in the community. I also left my gold chain link necklace that I wore since my Baptism at 3 in his care to fix, as well as my wife's 24 carat broken in two places golden ring in his care; he did the repairs beautifully and at an affordable price. I feel at home when I go to his business; the door is not shut in your face and you have to ring the door bell to enter. I've lived in lake forest for almost 25 years. I recently moved to palm springs in 2005, I've been too so many OTHER jewelry shops and none can compare to Saatchi's. I went to 9 different Prestigious jewelrys and not one could find it so I called Saatchi. This was my first Rolex I've ever owed so it means the world to me and i still have it to this day the 1956 rolex milgauss I'm retired but i will always make a trip too Saatchi Jewelry at 76years old. I looked in LA, SD and OC for a 1956 Rolex piece that broke on me, I went to Saatchi Jewelry it took him 4days to find the exact piece and took him 5 days to return it. I didn't want a fake part therefore it was so hard to find. I cant thank this man enough. Thank you so much saatchi. This watch will be passed down to my first born son. Please ANYONE who lives in North or South California bring Your friends and family to Saatchi. My family will not go anywhere else but Saatchi's.
