My second 90 minute massage was for a lymphatic massage and work on my hips, thighs and calves. A lymphatic massage is gently rubbing the lymph nodes to flush the body of toxins. She didn't do this, nor did she concentrate on my legs and hips. She started to work on them, then muttered that she needed to do it from a different position. I waited for her to go back to my hips and legs, but she never did. When she was started rubbing my neck and head, I asked her when she was going back to my legs and hip. She seemed distracted or rushed when she grabbed my left ankle and shoved my bent leg into my stomach. Not only did this undo everything she already did, but it left my left side numb and in pain. I couldn't bend my knee or hip, because it was now inflamed. When I complained, her comment was "I'm sorry you feel worse than when you arrived, but we were talking and I lost track of time." I had to spend another $60, with another massage therapist, to undo what Katrina did to my body. It has been three days and I'm still having trouble walking. Needless to say, I will never go back to Katrina. You have been warned. Try her once and move on to someone else.

I booked an appointment three weeks in advance, only to have the experience become unnecessarily difficult from the start: * She immediately told me how overbooked she was and was complaining like I was bothering her and that she didn't have availability for three weeks -- so I booked the only slot she offered three weeks out. * Required full payment upfront via Venmo on the day of booking. * Eight hours before our scheduled appointment, she texted saying she had lost her keys in her camping gear and couldn't make it. * Every reschedule option she offered conflicted with my schedule as a visiting RVer. * After I requested a refund, I was completely ignored for 24+ hours. * Only after I mentioned I would post reviews with screenshots did she finally respond. * She then claimed the Venmo refund would take 7-10 business days (which is not how Venmo works). * When I asked for clarification on the delay, I was ignored again. Ultimately, this feels like Divine misalignment. I would never want someone who seems comfortable holding onto my money (and making the process this difficult) putting their "hands of lies" on me. Not worth the stress.
