One of the last remaining honest mechanics - does what he's paid to do Workmanship is of outstanding standard - very very thorough and safety standards are second to none. The owner (Simon) - has an apprentice who is equally as thorough and honest as his boss - only negative is the guy is so busy, no guesses for why, you'll have to join the queue.
