The daycare is accommodating to the needs of each individual child or family. The place is clean and well kept. The staff communicates frequently and is always available if you need them. The teachers are great. We have been in the 2 year old and 3 year old rooms and both morning teachers are amazing, kind, and caring. The student-teacher ratio is also great; it seems like there were always at least two teachers in each room and multiple adults on the playground. Superkids has a large number of staff that seem to be cross-trained in more than one room, so although the afternoon teacher varied, it was usually a familiar face. The director is approachable, warm, involved, and available. I couldn't recommend this place more--Our family has moved and we are looking for new daycares in the new area and this has been a really hard place to follow.

Not only do they teach Scratch, they also offer JavaScript and Python. My friend said that the instructors Katina and Noah were very knowledgeable. They made the class really fun and interactive. I am very grateful that I was allowed (and encouraged) to participate in this group when I was no longer a student. This time in my life was somewhat difficult, and I often felt lonely and out of place living in a college town when I was no longer a student, and this ministry group helped me to feel appreciated and feel a sense of belonging. This place serves weekly dinners, followed by services. I loved the services, especially when they had traditional hymn-singing. I found the pastor, Bruce Heggen, to be thought-provoking and to raise deep and interesting questions which helped challenge me spiritually. This group is pretty inclusive in terms of people who have different beliefs and faith backgrounds. Although it's associated with an ELCA church, it serves people from the more liberal ELCA denominations as well as people from the more conservative Missouri Synod, and everyone coexists. There are also a few people who show up here who do not have lutheran backgrounds, and I think the group would be welcoming to non-lutherans (I did not grow up Lutheran although I've attended Lutheran churches and are familiar with their liturgy and traditions). This group also does a lot of other things, including running a tutoring service. The also allowed us to use their space one year for dancing, as the Perkins scrounge closes at 10:30, and we had a few gatherings here in the dining area with dancing for a couple hours after the scrounge closed. The group also runs a fellowiship for the service of the hungry (FISH). I am really impressed with how much this small group does! I think their biggest service though is to the student body, providing a community gathering space.

If they had any concerns, or even wanted to give us some positive feedback they'd make time to let us know. Jackson also adores them, and always talks about them at home. Our son genuinely loves going to school everyday to see his teachers and friends, and there is nothing better to see as a parent! Potty training was a BREEZE thanks to the work they did with Jackson. He has developed such independence, and it was due to all they've done with him. We are so grateful for them, and the care they've provided. We are sad to see Jackson leaving their class, but also are excited for his next milestone!

You will get in trouble for not answering your phone during your off time, but the Ohio ops manager and all of the supervisors will go for DAYS before responding to you. Supervisors operate under zero accountability for the way the conduct themselves with their subordinates, but every move the subordinates make is on camera or on a computer log to be scrutinized at will whenever someone so desires. Unfriending a supervisor on Facebook will get your work scrutinized to the hilt, so under no circumstances should you be anything but professional in your relationships with any superiors, they are not your friends.
