Bought washing mashing from this company which didn't work very well at all (was shaking while…read morespinning and we couldn't open the door), then after 2 loads it broke down properly. 3 days after (and we have 1 yo child) technician came found piece of chicken in the pump which wasn't ours. Before that on the phone with company owner we discussed that he will take washer back and give me full refund. Never appeared and woman on the phone said that they are not going to give us money back as that piece of chicken broke it down. Door and drum... Well subject to court now. Be aware!
