I explained to both her and the man on the phone that i have zero experience with a PI firm and would like to know what services they offer after explaining my personal private situation. He was very aggressive and short with me. He then gave me some information of services they could provide and said it would be 5,000K retainer, to which i said ok to the information but explained to him that I felt he was very combative and short with me and based on his attitude I didn't think I would be hiring them. He was then rude, curt and berated me for 'not knowing what I wanted'. I explained no I did not know what I wanted as I have never had experience with a PI firm before and was inquiring what services were even possible. He basically hung up on me after saying 'good luck'. I then called back to Ana to the number they called me from and explain it was a terrible experience and could I speak to someone else or a supervisor as I was just berated when I called them in a vulnerable position to obtain information on services. I was told there was no on else there to speak to. I said I would be leaving a bad review online. Ana then called me back and explained if I would leave a bad review online they would be seeking legal action. What a joke! I had a 1.5 minute phone conversation with them. I have no idea why they have such high reviews but i certainly wont be sending this angry man my 5,000k. Proceed with caution especially when already in a vulnerable situtation looking for answers.

She was apologetic for the way that the PI treated me and what not. My situation was that I was scammed, Not for a lot of money, but regardless I took it personally this time, and I felt like I had enough information to somewhat locate this person and than decide what to do from there.
