This is an ok station, but the time I was there, trains were late (late in Germany - this hardly…read moreever happens!). Anyway, it gets packed - and while I have used Munich trains a lot, I can see that it might be confusing for visitors. There aren't really very clear instructions (though you can get English and other languages on the machines). The train is a wonderful option to get into the city, but I do recommend, if you haven't taken the train in Munich or aren't good at seeking out information alone, to read up first on the 'rules' to make sure you have a very smooth trip.
