Very poor telephone manner .
Our super new aerial that was supposedly meant to be great is replacing our channels with Welsh even though pointing to winter hill. It was installed without a meter and only by line of sight.
Called today to report the fault and they were so rude to my fiancée telling us it's not a fault with their aerials but our tv. I am an ex tv aerial installer but I am now disabled to do this kind of work but was asked "why don't I go up on the roof"!!! Bloke on the phone got angry and hung up. No same day service on their own work just denial. read more
