The papers were served within a few days and the return of service and invoice were emailed to Accurate Service within a week of his request for service. The invoice is still outstanding as of April, 2026. I have sent multiple requests to Beau Charlet regarding the outstanding invoice and ultimately had to file a complaint with the National Association of Professional Process Servers. The invoice was for $75.00 with a late fee of $15.00 which is attached to any invoice outstanding for over 30 days. I would absolutely not recommend this business and I would caution any other process servers to get payment up front if Beau Charlet requests service of papers in another state. The professional conduct of Accurate Service and Beau Charlet is absolutely appalling.

Unfortunately, my experience changed after that. I went through two different sets of attorneys and 3 case managers , and I eventually had to file a complaint because of the lack of communication. I believe attorneys and case managers should respond to their clients within a reasonable amount of time. Having my attorney barely contact me was extremely stressful, especially when I had important questions and concerns that I felt were not being addressed. At times, I felt like I had to manage my own case by making sure information and documents were uploaded on time and following up on things that I believed should have been handled for me. I was also referred to a physician and physical therapy office, and unfortunately, that experience involved poor communication and management as well. There were times when I felt like I was traveling to the office more to speak with someone than I was actually receiving treatment. This was especially frustrating because I was already dealing with significant pain from my auto accident. Overall, this was a very stressful experience, but it was also a learning experience. I am not saying that everyone at the firm provides poor service. However, the particular staff and professionals assigned to my case left me feeling disappointed, and I believe there are several things that need to be improved. Looking back, I wish I had done more research and taken more time to find the right attorney and legal team before choosing my first law firm. I sincerely hope I never have to go through an experience like this again. When I confronted the attorney about that he made up hokum and said the price was not going to change despite the fact that I was polite with him & made it clear that I wanted to engage in business long term. what should have been a $250-300 bill cost me $500 and hi advice was so meaningless that I made no changes to my contract whatsoever. I would recommend avoiding this law firm and Mike Magdison. Fortunately I have since found an honorable healthcare attorney who charges what she says and actually makes a difference. I told her the story and she said that many lawyers are predatory like this.
