Their technician did a fantastic, thorough diagnosis which included pressurizing the system with a fluorescent dye AND soap testing all joints in the system while it was under pressure. The problem was one flex hose part in my system. Unfortunately, it was going to take too many days to get the part, as it was not available - even in Boise. I had a deadline to be in Jackson Hole before the part could be purchased. The cost of this diagnosis was very reasonable. I ended having Jackson Hole Motor Werks complete the repair with the part identified by these people. The air conditioner system on my Sprinter is now working totally within specifications more than a month and many hot miles later. Huge Thanks for your fine work ! ! ! ! If I could give more that 5 stars I would.
