Another shop we had previously been trying to work with wasn't able to work in the timeline. Willie at Fully Promoted sent over pics of samples (logo sewed to size displayed over shirts to be embroidered), we worked together to perfect the logo, colors, and size, and the shirts and hats they embroidered looked amazing, with better quality than the shop that had a much slower turnaround. Willie was sweet and positive and helpful through the entire process. We were so pleased we are having them handle all additional clothing as well as some new signage. I couldn't recommend them enough. Give them a call if you need any marketing items, you'll wish you did it sooner.

I have…read moreemailed them over my logo and design multiple times along with calling anywhere from 7-10 times throughout the months that have passed and every time I call they take down my info and I am told they will get back with me shortly and to this day I still have no pricing or have an order going with them. I called today again and I was told that the owner was busy with another client and they would call me back shortly after and the whole day passed and never heard anything back. I was wanting to support a local business and keep the money in small shops rather than order items online but at this point I will probably go ahead and order through a large company due to the lack of interest from this company.
